Q :  Exactly  what  shoe  sizes  do  you  stock ?
A :  Each  product  has  a  drop down  arrow  that  shows  which  sizes  are  available  to  you.  We  try  to  carry  sizes  10  to  13.  Some  are  as  high  as size  16  and  a  few  at  size  17.  Also,  we  don’t  discriminate  like  the  stores  do  against  the  larger  sizes.  We  carry  the  smaller  sizes  too,  but  we  try  not  to  carry  that  many  of  them  because  we  want  to  focus  on  the  larger  sizes.  Every  pair  we  stock  has  to  be  in  at  the  least  a  size  11.
 
Q :   If  the  shoes  that  I  purchased  do  not  fit,  can I  return  them?
A :  YES  you  can.  You  can  exchange  them  for  a  different  size,   request  a  refund,  or  receive  credit  toward  another  purchase. Check  our  Return  Policy  for  more  details.
 
Q : Do  you  plan  to  expand  your  selection ?
A :  Yes,  we  are  constantly  searching  and  always  looking  for  more  styles  in  the  large  sizes  to  make  them  available  to  you.  Our  goal  is  to  have  the  worlds  largest  selection  of  large  size  women’s  shoes.
 
Q : Does your footwear come in  different widths?
A : Some do, some only come in a standard width (probably medium). Some will be in different widths depending on which supplier we get them from. We are looking into expanding to different widths in the future.
 
Q :  Do  you  have  a  catalog ?
A :  I’m  sorry  we  don’t.  All  of  our  products  are  on  this  website  and  we  plan  to  add  more.
 
Q :  Do  you  sell  fake  famous  name  brands ?
A :  No,  we  don’t  sell  “counterfeits‚” because  they  are  illegal  and  we  don’t  want  anybody  to  get  arrested  (it  really  happens).  If  it’s  not  the  real  thing,  but  it  has  the  real  name  and  logo  on  it,  that  makes  it  “counterfeit”.  We  do  sell  first  class  look-a-likes,  but  without  the  famous  name  and  logo  on  it.
 
Q :  What  if  I  order  something  and  that  item  is‚ “out  of  stock‚” ?
A : Updating our website to match our inventory is almost an impossible task so we do the best we can.  We  will  notify  you immediately either  by  (preferably)  e-mail  or  by  postal  mail if the item you purchased is out of stock and present you with some options (including a refund option) you might want to consider.  We will honor whatever you request, but  you must respond  in  order for us to act. If you do not respond  then we will hold your payment for only 45 days from time of purchase,  then it will be refunded or we fill the order if the item happened to be restocked at that time. If you respond before the 45 days we will act on your decision then.   If you choose to wait until the restock shipment of the item you purchased arrives, we  will  notify  you  immediately  when  the  shipment  arrives and offer you some options in case you change your mind. Once the shipment arrives (providing you still want the item)  we will notify  you  when  your  order  will  be  shipped.  We  believe  in  keeping  you  informed.
 
NOTE :  The safest thing to do is to send us an e-mail to let us know what product you want and we can tell you if it is in stock before you buy.
 
Q :  What  if  I  order  something  and  that  item  is‚“discontinued‚” ?
A :  We  hope  that  doesn’t  happen.  We  try  to  stay  on  top  of  things  when  merchandise  is  discontinued  and  have  those  items  removed  from  the  website  as  quickly  as  possible. We have hundreds of products and it's hard to monotor and update our website constantly so we may accidentally miss something by accident.  If you purchased something and that  item happened to be discontinued, we will inform you by e-mail and offer you some options (including a refund option) you might want to consider, and we will honor whatever you request. But (like we said in the previous answer)you must  respondin order for us to act. REMEMBER, If you do not respond   we will hold your payment for only 45 days from the time of purchase, then it will be refunded.  If you respond before the 45 days we will act on your decision then.
 
Q :  What  are  your  payment  methods ?
A :  We  accept  Major Credit Cards as well as payments  through  “PAYPAL”  which  we  believe  is  the  most  secure  way  to  pay  online.  You  can  go  to  www.paypal.com  to  set  up  a  PAYPAL  account.  It’s  FREE,  and  it  only  takes  a  few  minutes.  With  PAYPAL  you  can  set  it  up  to  pay  with  either  credit  card,  debit  card,  or  e-check ( which  takes  4  days  to  clear ).  Your  account  is  password  protected  which  makes  it  safe  and  secure  for  both  buyers  and  sellers.  PAYPAL  is  the  #1  payment  method  used  on  ebay.  PAYPAL  will  not  charge  you  for  anything  as  long  as  you  have  a  US  “confirmed”  delivery  address.  You  can  also  click  on  the  PAYPAL  gold  seal and  it  will  show  you  that  Sand  Marketplace  is  a  verified  member  of  PAYPAL  with  a  good  reputation.
 
Q :  Do  you  accept  personal  checks ?
A :  No,  but  we  do  accept  money  orders  or  cashiers  checks (which must be made out to Sand Marketplace ).  In  order  to  make  a  purchase  in  that  way  you  must  provide  the  following  information :  item  description,   size,  color  (if  nessessary),  quantity,  the  price  of each, and  a  valid  shipping  address.  Just  e-mail  the  information  to  us  at  orders@iwantbigshoes.com.  We  will  calculate  your  shipping  costs  and  possible sales  tax  ( Residents  of  Texas and  must  pay  sales  tax.)  and e-mail  your  order  information  totals  to  you  so  you  can  print  a  copy  of  it  and  send  it  along  with  your  payment  to  the  mailing  address  listed  on  the  contact us  page.  Please  send  us  your  contact  information  (in  case  of  difficulties)  such  as  an  e-mail address,  or  a  phone  number ( which is  optional ).                                                                                                                   
 
Q :  Do  you  take  COD  orders ?
A :  No,  all  order  must  be  prepaid.
 
Q :  What  are  your  shipping  methods ?
A :  Either  UPS  Ground,  3  day  select,  or  2nd  day  air. 
 
Q :  How  long  will  it  take  to  get  my  delivery ?
A :  Depending  on  how  busy  we  are,  and  how  detailed  an  order  is,  it  usually  takes  us  3  to  5  business  days,  “BEFORE”  it’s  ready  to  give  UPS. “AFTER”  UPS  has  picked  up  the  shipment,  it  could  be  anywhere  between  1  to  2  business  days  to  1  week  depending  on  shipping  method  and  destination. Most orders are processed within 8 - 24 business hours after payment is received and notification of shipping details will be e-mailed  to you with your UPS tracking number. Just enter your tracking number on ups.com so you can monotor the progress of your shipment. The delivery must be to a valid shipping address ( No P.O. Boxes or  A.P.O.'s ).
 
Q : Do you do International Orders?
A : Yes, I Want Big Shoes ships worldwide using UPS international shipping.
